Armor +5 (while recharging 1 or more Skills) Armor +5 (while recharging 3 or more Skills) Armor +5 (while recharging 5 or more Skills) Now my question to everyone is does a disabled skill trigger the armor bonus. Lets say you use blackout and your skills disable for 5 secs, will the +15 Armor bonus kick in? |

Yes,a recharging skill is a recharging skill,no matter if it was"disabled" or actually used.
